How many
people does each meal feed? |

Each meal feeds approximately 4-6 people
(please remember appetites vary) |

What if
I don’t need to feed 4 – 6 people? |

No problem. Many customers split their
meals so they get twice as many meals at
smaller portion sizes to suit their
needs. |

Are all
the meals freezer proof? |

A |
Yes. We freezer test all our meals. |

Can I
order as many meals as I want? |
|
A |
Each month you will have 14 meal options
to choose from. Suggested increments
are of threes (minimum 3; maximum 12)
different menu selections per order. The idea is
to provide you with a couple weeks’
worth of dinners at a time. Variety or
all your same favourites – we will
personalize it to you. |

Can I combine my order(s) from the
different menus from each month? |

We do post the next month’s menu in
advance for customers to get a sneak
preview and have opportunity to book in
advance. However, we require customers
to only order from the menu provided
for each month. |

Do you
deliver? |

Yes. But we like visitors, so you can
come and pick up your meals too! Also
just a note with deliveries
– some distance charges may apply in
certain situations, but we are always up
front with this – no hidden surprises!

of course cash. |

What if I need to cancel my order? |

Things happen. We understand. However,
for refund or preferably rescheduling
your order we do require 24 hours notice
from the order completion date. Thank

What are the meal sessions? How long do
they take and how can I participate? |

We do offer an option to come into
Dinner Solutions and assemble your own
meals. It’s a fun way to get together
with friends, family and/or co-workers
and the sessions last about 1-2 hours.
We do all the prep and clean-up as well
as provide the freezer bags – just bring
a cooler or large box/bag to transport
