I will be responsible to promptly freeze my
assembled meals from Dinner Solutions
following the conclusion of a session.

I will follow the cooking, baking or heating
instructions specified on all assembled
meals from
Dinner Solutions.

• |
I will store all thawed dinners below 40°F
and will cook, bake or heat all dinners to
an internal temperature above 165°F before
eating or serving.

I will follow all the rules, policies and
procedures related to the Dinner Solutions
facility during a session.
|
|
• |
If using Dinner Solutions’ pick up or
delivery service, I will take full
responsibility to follow and adhere to all
terms and conditions stated above.

I agree to release Dinner Solutions from all
claims, damages and liabilities which may
arise as a result of my preparation, storage
and consumption of Dinner Solutions meals.
This is in exception to determined gross
negligence of Dinner Solutions.

I will become a Dinner Solutions regular
customer and will spread the word about
these great meals and excellent service!
